Company profile |
Founded in 1981, nearly 30 years production experience for MKS and TP,plant distributed in Guangzhou (TSP), Shanghai (MKS), Kunshan (FPC), which can provide services for the nearest region .We also set up some service windows in Beijin,Kunshan, Shenzhen, HongKong , Taipei and each major area of world,which provide the most convenient services for customers. At present,TP production plant is 26,000 square meters in Guangzhou,the total employees is reached to 3000, TSP can be reached 9KKpcs / month, all of above provide us with powerful strength and supports!! |

Product diversification |
We can design and produce a variety of sizes Medium /Small Film + Glass T / P products (maximum size up to 21 ") and produce a variety of T / P products by making use of all kinds of new materials (such as: ITO PC)

Stable production capability |
We have established three TP production lines,which deployed with full-newly and highly automatic equipment and can run for full shifts for 24 hours.The whole TP production process is completed in our Guangzhou factory , the maximum capacity of all kind of product can be achieved 9kk/m,can maximize to meet customer delivery expectation。 |

Engineering & RD capability |
Our Technology dept contains following three divisions:
1.Engineering : responsible for initial product design and sample build and support production dept
2. R&D: responsible for new product , new technology and new procesing, new material development
3.MIS : responsible for touch panel related software compile, developing and ERP system updates
We develop our projected touch panel using our own capability. amd apply for several patents . we have our own developing team, design team and capable to finish our design, production. we also can compile our IC firmware and make adjustment according to our customer requirement, in the same time, we input from Japan a Roll to Roll printing line to increase our proudction capacity and enhance our product quality |

Equipment for production |
1.We have input 2 glass automatic printing line including PHOTO equipment which valued more than 20 million dollar, and 1 Roll to Roll high technology film printing line which valued millions dollar, so to reduce the labor operation on material and enhance product comformance and accuracy so to reach good capacity and quality
2.Reach to "100 class" environment on assembly shop and use CCD for automatic -alignment for lamination for graphic+touch panel so to efficiently reduce the product contamination chance and ensure product lamination accuracy. product comformance is increasely enhanced and quality improved
3.Input 50 CNC machine to replace laser cutting outer shape , it can finish series processings like drilling, smoothing edge so to get more attractive cosmetic, accuracy can reach to + /-0.05mm.
4.In order to ensure shipment zero-defect , we also input 25 most advanced 4-head touch panel linearity tester. they can test linearity, loop resistance and insulation resistance in the same time to ensure 100% functional testing. |

Inspection and testing capability |
1.We established the products reliability laboratory,purchased constant temperature and humidity box, thermal shock tester , life testing machine, salt spray testing machine, vibration tester machine, flexible circuit folded testing machine, high voltage electrostatic discharge tester ..etc, to perfom simulation test on harsh application environment so to provide long -term and real test data for reference, and provide customer with good service ;
2.In order to ensure customer satisfaction on our products, we have purchased ROHS detector, transmittance tester, coordinate measuring machine , the surface hardness tester, 4-head linearity tester , multifunction calibration equipment, automated actuation force tester , , spectrophotometer, the light transmission tester and etc . those equipments are used to control and monitor our product characteristics so to ensure good quality product to customers ; |

Quality |
We have set up a full Quality / environment / HSF / occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the ISO9001: 2008, ISO/TS16949: 2002. Quality management system standard, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system standard, QC080000: 2005 hazardous substances process management system and OSHAS18000: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System , and got BSI British institutions ISO14001, ISO9001: 2000, ISO/TS16949: 2002 system certification, European CE, U.S. FCC certification; production quality has been very stable.
At present, the traditional TP yield could reach 85% ~ 90%; Touch lens yields could reach 75% ~ 80%. |

Delivery |
All the design and manufacturing of products are finished in Guangzhou factory , the current 3 production line are run for full shifts 24 hours with monthly capacity 9kkpcs . and we have potential to short our delivery lead time and max. satisfy our customer delivery requirement for huge order production ; |

We have developed our ""EELY ERP System stem" by our own capability ; including " EELY Material Management System", " EELY Production Management System", " EELYAdminitrative Management System",which covered the whole production process .our design philosopy is "Object Oriented" and "Modularization" so to effectively imcoporate the IT technology with enterprise management , and achieve scientific management with realibility, accuracy, responsiveness and applicability |
