Set up “Shanghai EELY-ECW Corp.” (SEE), specialized in membrane keyboard switch (MKS) production

Added new FPC production line to Kunshan factory, increase FPC total capacity to 110,000 sq.ft.

Completely reconstructed Kunshan factory to be a professional FPC factory
Set up Beijing office (GBEE) and Canada office (CEE)

On 28-Dec registered “EELY-ECW Technology Ltd.”(GET) with USD30, 000,000 to meet the demand of handhold products, planed fully automatic production line and built new ITO touch panel factory.

In March, set up “Human Resources Department”, which responsible for recruitment and training, advanced study & position transferring.
In April，EELY Newspaper was published to strengthen the cohesion between company culture and employees.

In August, finished EELY-ECW Technology Ltd. factory built and began mass production, total capacity of ITO touch panel exceeded to 24,000 sq.m per month

| 2008： |
In March, set up the second production line in EELY-ECW Technology Ltd. factory and plan to begin mass production in April, then total capacity will exceed to 35,000 sq.m per month, viz. as many as 9,000,000pcs (2.4”/pc on average).
